1) Core and peel apples and cut into 1 inch pieces.
2) Cream together margarine and sugar.
3) Add eggs and mix.
4) Fold flour into mixture and add apples.
5) Pour into loaf tin and bake at 175 C for 30-45 minutes or until firm.
