Banana Ice

This ice will give u the chills



  • 2 ripe bananas


Mash the bananas.

Transfer to a small plastic container. Cover and place in the freezer for several hours.

Allow to stand at room temerature for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve in bowls or in ice cream cones.

    Also, another method is to cut bananas up into small pieces and freeze them on a plate. Once they are frozen but them through the blender (add in another ingredient if you want like a piece of chocolate, a spoonful of peanut butter, a spoon of honey etc) and blend. PRESTO! One ingredient ice cream!
