Mash up the digestive biscuits into crumbs.
Place the squares into a bowl.
Boil a kettle of water.
Pour the boiled water into a bigger bowl.
Place the bowl of chocolate into the bowl of water.
Stir the chocolate until melted.
Mix the melted chocolate and the biscuit crumbs.
Place in the freezer for 5 - 10 minutes until mostly solidified.
Crumble the chocolate chip biscuit on top.
Place in the fridge until 10 - 20 minutes before serving: 10 - 20 minutes before serving, remove and place to soften.
Serving tip: Use a serving spoon to scoop it out: it can be hard!
