Blueberry Sauce

Great with pancakes or to top a cheesecake



  • 125ml maple syrup
  • 200g blueberries


1. Put both ingredients in a saucepan and heat until boiling.

2. Leave to simmer and bubble for 2/3 minutes.

3. Pour into a jug and serve whilst still warm (not too hot though).
