Buscuits- EGG FREE

NEED something yummy...



  • 100g caster sugar or muscavado sugar
  • 100g margarine
  • 150g self raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • and for the icing,
  • some icing sugar,
  • hot water


1) mix the butter nd sugar together and then add the flour. then mix in the golden syrup.

2) roll into balls and flatten and put onto a greased dish and cook in oven at 180'c for 10 mins.

3) take out and put on wire rack ( or a plate is just as good....) nd leave to cool

4) mix in a little hot water at a time to the icing sugar until its thick but runnyish

5) spread onto buscuits

you can put sweets on top, i put gummy bears on them last time...
