1.Preheat oven. Rub fat into flour until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.Stir in caster sugar, chocolate chips and walnuts.
2. Peel bananas and slice, toss in lemon juice and rind.
3. Arrange half bananas in an ovenproof dish. sprinkle over remaining sugar and grated chocolate. top with remaining bananas.
4. Spoon crumble mix over bananas and press down gentley.
bake for 40 mins until golden.
serves 4-6 people
