Chocolate Coconut Balls

A very quick and easy no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

  • - 1 packet of plain, sweet biscuits. (e.G. Milk arrowroot)
  • - 1 can of sweetened, condensed milk.
  • - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • - 1 cup of dessicated coconut

Method

1. Crush biscuits into crumbs.

2. Place in a mixing bowl, and add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and 3/4 of a cup of coconut.

3. Keep mixing until stiff.

4. Shape them into balls, and cover with remaining coconut.

5. Place tray in fridge for 1/2 an hour.

6. Enjoy!
