1) whisk the all the ingredients bar the oil in a jug, ensure everything is incorporated
2) add a tiny dirzzle of the oil into a frying pan and heat it quite high, but make sure the oil doesnt smoke. Twist it around the pan to ensure all the pan is oiled - the pancake wont stick this way.
3) pour a sml amount of mixture into the pan and twist the pan so the mixture spreads out around the pan into a circle
4) should take around 2-3 mins on each side. Add a tiny more oil each time you cook another pancake. Repeat until you have no batter left!
