Cold Crispy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • Grated coconut

Method

Mix the condensed milk with the milk and the egg yolks. Simmer and add the corn startch to make it thick. Pour the mixture in a pyrex. Roast the grated coconut. Put it over the mixture and let it cool in the fridge.
