Crackle Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1. 25g (1oz) sugar
  • 2. 25g (1oz) butter
  • 3. 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 4. 1 tablespoon of golden syrup or honey
  • 5. 25g (1oz) cornflakes / special k
  • 6. Lemon (optional)
  • 7. Pan
  • 8. Paper cases
  • 9. Smarties (optional)

Method

1. Put the sugar, butter, cocoa and golden syrup or honey into a pan. Heat on a low heat.

2. Stir ingredients intill melted.

3. Cut lemon in half and squeese half the lemon juice (optional).

4.Add cornflakes and stir into the mixture until they are completely coverd/coated.

5.Spoon a little mixture into each paper case

6. Add a smartie on each one (optional)

7. Enjoy
