Cupcake Base!

You can add anything and they bake quickly!

Ingredients

  • 220g self-raising flour
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 220g butter
  • 4 eggs

Method

Cream together butter and sugar until soft, fluffy and light.

then add the flour and eggs alternatively and gradually. Beating in-between.

make sure the batter mix is very well beaten.

bake until golden/light brown or until a clean tooth pick comes out dry.

    Just made dinner, completely forgot dessert, hopped on found this then changed it into starwberry cupcakes. Delicious!!! You have to try this and be creative!!!!!!
