FlapJack

Basic Flapjack recipie. / Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 100g butter/ marge
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 250g oats

Method

Heat oven to 180 C

Melt butter, syrup and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat.

Grease a small cake tin (20cm square or so).

Mix oats in to the mix. - add any other ingredients here.

Allow the mix to cool slightly and press into the tin.

Bake for about 30 minutes until nicely browned.

Allow to cool before cutting up.

I added raisins, but you could add cherries, chocolate chips, anything you like.
