1- pre heat the oven to gas mark 6
2- mix together the margarine and honey untill smooth
3- in a seperate bowl beath the egg, vanill and milk then add it to the margarine and honey
4- slowly add the flour and mix it in untill the mixture is smooth
5- gently add the blueberries and mix
6- spoon the mixture into muffin cases about half full and cook for 18-20 minuites untill risen and golden colour.
Delicious muffins, very easy to make
This is such a simple recipe using everyday ingredients that you won't need to buy specially.
SO good! Please give it a go - best served with custard =D
