Honey And Blueberry Muffins

makes 12 fresh and sweet honey and blueberry muffins



  • 225g self raising flour
  • 85g margarine
  • 2 table spoon honey
  • 1 table spoon vanilla extract
  • 200ml milk
  • 125g fresh or frozen bleuberries


1- pre heat the oven to gas mark 6

2- mix together the margarine and honey untill smooth

3- in a seperate bowl beath the egg, vanill and milk then add it to the margarine and honey

4- slowly add the flour and mix it in untill the mixture is smooth

5- gently add the blueberries and mix

6- spoon the mixture into muffin cases about half full and cook for 18-20 minuites untill risen and golden colour.
