Instant Chocolate Mousse[eggless]

Really easy and really yummy...



  • Mini marshmallows 150g
  • butter softened 50g
  • chocolate 250g
  • hot water 60ml
  • cream 284ml
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp.


In a saucepan, melt marshmallows, chocolate, butter and water.

meanwhile, whip the cream with vanilla extract.

add the cream into the chocolate mixture.

pour it into individual ramekins and let it set for 1 hour in the fridge.
