Maple Cakes

Yummy and a canadian treat



  • 150g flour
  • 150g butter
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3tsp canadian maple syrup
  • baking cases
  • baking tray(s)


Turn oven on to 180 degrees celsius

mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy

add the flour and eggs gradually

put into baking cases

pop in oven for 15-20 mins until golden palour
