Mini Meringues ! =)

lush , crispy, tasty they taste cool



  • 2 egg whites
  • 115 g caster sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • pinch salt
  • handful raspberries


- set oven to 180 degrees

- Get a bowl and beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks

- add you caster sugar a little at a time mix and fold gently , add salt

- grease a baking tray and put small amounts on

- cooking for 20mins or so

- once cooked leave to dry on a cooling rack to cool

- whip your cream and put a blob on each little meringue

- add a raspberry or two and serve immediately
