No Bake Cheesecake

No oven ..Just fridge! Cheesecake in less than 10 mins.

Ingredients

• 500gr cream cheese
• 2 tbsp icing/powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp Honey
• Dash of Rum/ Maple syrup
• 500gr crushed cookies of your choice (i like to use oreos)
• 50gr butter
• Strawberries for toppings

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) Whisk honey and icing sugar into cream cheese in a bowl.

STEP 2:

2) Pour crushed cookies, a dash of rum/maple syrup and butter into food processor.

STEP 3:

3) Grease cake tin(with no base) with a bit of butter and set it on a plate.

STEP 4:

4) Pour cookie mix from food processor into cake tin and then the cream cheese mix.

STEP 5:

5) Set for 6 minutes in fridge or until base becomes hard.
