Nutella Cornflake Cakes

Makes 10 tasty cakes



  • 1 cup of nutella,
  • 2 teaspoons of golden syrup,
  • 2 tablespoon of peanut butter,
  • 3 cups of cornflakes,
  • 10 cup cake cases,
  • 1 teaspoon of butter.


Microwave for 1 minute the nutella and golden syrup, remove and stir add the butter and peanut butter and microwave again for 1 minute 15 seconds. Stir and place in a mixing bowl, add the corn flakes 1 cup at a time and stir until all the flakes are coated, place in the cup cake cases and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until set.
