1.Combine all ingredients in a large microwaveable coffee mug.
2. Whisk well until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 1½ 3 minutes. (time depends on microwave; mine took 1½ minutes.)
4. Add heavy cream to a bowl.
5. Whip on medium-high speed until almost stiff.
6. Add sugar and beat until heavy cream forms stiff peaks.
7. Top with whipped cream.
8. Enjoy the most delicious cake ever!!
