Break the eggs in a bowl and beat for about half a minute at room temperature. Add thee sugar gradually and continue beating till the mixture is light and frothy. Add the oil and beat for another half a minute or so. Fold in the maida sifted with baking powder and salt along with orange juice and peel. Bake at 375 f for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center if cake comes out clean.
