1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, then add the sugar, milk and egg. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
2. Heat a pan and use cooking spray oil or butter so that they don't stick.
3. Pour portions of the mixture into pan, flip the pancake when the bottoms slightly browns and cook the other side.
4. Serve with anything you like and enjoy!
