Rhubarb Whip

Ingredients

  • 1lb rhubarb 1 can condensed milk 300ml of water and a red jelly

Method

stew the rhubarb in the water until soft add the cubed jelly and stir until dissolved allow to cool meanwhile whisk the milk well ,once cooled stir the milk into the rhubarb mixture.pour into serving dishes or a trifle dish and chill until set.

    Try adding 4oz sugar to the stewing rhubarb!
