Scoop a big scoop of ice cream on a plate. Sprinkle the crushed pepper mints on top of the scooped ice cream. Scoop another big scoop and sprinkle the chocolate chips. Scoop another last big scoop and put two or three caramel squares on top of the last scoop. Put the plate of ice cream in the freezer for thirty minutes. After thirty minutes take out of the freezer and enjoy!
