Two Minute Strawberry Dessert

a quick and easy recipe!



  • 10 quartered strawberries
  • 8 crumbled digestives
  • plain (or flavoured) yoghurt


Take half of the crumbled digestives and put them in the bottom of a sundae glass (or a small bowl)

Spoon some of the yoghurt on top of the digestives and spread it evenly.

Put half of the strawberry pieces on top.

Repeat process.

    Did the for hele class :) worked out fine with graham, couldn't find any digestives :/ but.. Nah, its okay :)

    This is such a fantastic, quick and easy recipe for me. I am a student, and im also budgeting due to the expenses for uni. I live in halls, student accomodation and im always looking for something quick, cheap and cheerful and this definately tickles my tastebuds.
