1) Chop up the macadamia nuts to small pieces with a sharp knife
2) Zest the lime
3) Using a low heat, add the condensed milk to a pan then add the white chocolate in small squares. Keep stirring until it melts together
4) Add the nuts and zest and stir well
5) Pour the mixture into a baking tray and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours
Cut and enjoy!!
