1- mix all the dry ingredients together
2- in a seperate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients together
3- add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and mix really well
4- put a drop of oil or butter in a pan and let it heat up. Add a small amount of batter (enough for one pancake) and let it cook until one side is golden.
5- flip the pancake and let that side cook too.
6- enjoy your pancakes!
* these are very good with syrup, yoghurt, fruits...
