Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 yellow pepper,
  • 1 green pepper,
  • A few carrots,
  • A couple of apples,
  • Sour cream dip (or something else that is veg friendly)…

Instructions

  1. Chop all the fruit and veg into strips,

  2. Arrange them all on a large plate,

  3. Open the dip.

  4. A bunch of veggies happy and catered for,

  5. Sorted.

  6. (Only took about 5 minutes n all)
