- Chicken liver and the gizzards chopped fine, cooked
- white rice cooked in chicken stocK
- diced bell pepper, celery and carrot,
- black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Instructions
Cook till all the stock is absorbed.
The name is apt, because the liver does make this dish look gray and dirty. But it is delicious!
