Doughnut Bread

Eggy bread with a twist 🙂

Instructions

STEP 1:

Medium heat on a hob, melt a good sized blob of butter in a frying pan

STEP 2:

whisk the eggs with the dash of milk if using and the vanilla essence

STEP 3:

cut the slice of bread in half and dip them into the eggy mixture

STEP 4:

fry the bread until golden

STEP 5:

sprinkle a plate with the sugar then take the bread and flip it until coated

STEP 6:

accompany with fruit or chocolate
