Bedtime Cinnamon Milk!

A little bedtime treat after a hard day being a student!

Ingredients

  • 1 mug milk (approximately 250ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

1) heat the milk in the microwave until piping hot.

2) add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

3) add a pinch of cinnamon and stir until mixed.

4) relax and enjoy!
