Butter Milk

An excellent body cooler, digestive and appetizer. / Serves: 2


  • 1 1/2 cup of curd
  • 1/2 tbsp of cumin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • crushed ginger
  • green chilli
  • few mint leaves


Take all the ingredients in a blender jar, except the mint leaves

Just pulse the blender for some seconds till everything is blended well and the mixture becomes frothy.

Pour the buttermilk in glasses and add the ice cubes.

garnish with mint leaves and serve buttermilk.
