Chocolate and banana smoothie.



  • 2 cups of milk
  • a banana
  • cocoa powder (or chocolate syrup)
  • blender
  • ice (optional)


1. Place milk, banana and a scoop of cocoa powder into a blender.

2. Blend until the banana is nice and smooth. You shouldn’t see any chunks!

3. Serve into glasses and enjoy!

4. If you’d like to make this a cooler drink, try adding some ice!
