Glass Of Water

Published Tuesday, 07 February, 2012 by Patrick

Quite Difficult To Make But Easy When Mastered

  • Water

Open the cupboard and get out a glass

Go over to the tap and turn on the cold (or hot if you would prefer)

Place the glass under the running water but be carefull not to get wet

When the glass is full remove it from under the tap

Turn off the tap and hold the glass

Hold the glass to your mouth tipping it towards you but be carefull not to spill any or you will have to dry it up

Once finished put the glass in the dishwasher or sink or repeat if you are still thirsty

Great recipe although i made the mistake of turning on the hot tap instead of the cold. Also i used a bowl and spoon as i don't own any glasses. Add a bit of salt and pepper if youre gonna serve it at a dinner party because my guests said it was quite bland, but over all great recipe thanks x

this recipe is extremely difficult if you are hydrophobic like me!
make sure to have goggles and paper towels when attempting this recipe as it will get messy.
try to get professional emergency service on speed dial for when things get out of hand!

As a man, and self proclaimed "mommas-boy" i had some apprehensions about trying this water recipe. It was very informative and gave me the confidence i needed to open the cupboard. The first time i opened the cupboard i found nothing but bowls and plates, but i was determined to keep trying until i found the right cupboard.
then was the struggle with the tap, there is a way you need to turn the tap for it to turn cold, and i couldn't quite figure out the mechanics of it.
the first try the water was very warm, i then saw the little blue and red indicators on the knob and used my previous engineering experience and knowledge to apply to the situation. For those who may not know, the blue sided color means cold.
the only real mistake in this recipe is the last step to "put the glass in the dishwasher." i couldn't find where to put this glass in my wife, she also didnt understand. We do have two nine year old boys, so we figured it out and just placed the empty glass in her vagina.
thanks studentrecipes.Com, i'm looking forward to expanding my cooking skills after this successful attempt. I'm finally gaining confidence in the kitchen.

After 7 years stranded in the desert without water i was rescued. I was really thirsty so my first reaction was to go on the internet. I found this post, followed the instructions very closely it took me a few tries but i got it. The doctors told me i would have died without water for another day. Thank you so much, you saved my life. I am now a regular water drinker and rarely mess up anymore

For a good variation of this recipe i use the dish water. It saves time & you don't have to wash the glass afterwards.
