Lactose Free Shake

Easy to make. delicious and appetising.



  • 1/2 cup drained apricot halves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 200g tub apricot lactose-free yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Blend apricot, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth. Enjoy.
