Mango Smoothie

Refreshing and healthy! great for a quick breakfast.



  • 2 mango's,
  • 260ml of milk,
  • teaspoon of caster sugar (optional to taste)
  • ice-cubes.


Stone and chop mango's.

whisk or blend the chopped mango and milk.

add the sugar. Stir well.

blend in ice-cubes or put it for serving.
