Heat the water. Coarsely crush the peppercorns and add to the water. Add the basil leaves. Let it boil. After it boils, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turm off the heat. Add the honey and stir well. Now add in the ghee.
this concoction can also be made with sugar and salt. For those who prefer using salt, drop the honey.
