Summer Morning Smoothy/milkshake

A bright berry blast to go with those sunny mornings



  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops of strawberry ice-cream
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of tropical juice


Put the banana in first.

followed by all of the frozen fruit.

then add the 1 cup of milk (save the 1/2 for later).

then add the 2 ice-cream scoops.

add the the rest of the milk and tropical juice.

then blend all together.
