Step 1:

  • Peel and dice potatoes,carrots,celery and bacon.Place in a large saucepan with saussages and dumplings.
  • Step 2:

  • Cover ingredients in hot water.
  • Step 3:

  • Dissolve and add the stock cubes.
  • Step 4:

  • Bring to boil and simmer until everythings is cooked,usually bout an hour.
