Ingredients
- 1/2 potatoes,diced
- 3medium carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- peas
- bacon(2rashers per person)
- sausages(2/3 pp)
- 3-4veg stock cubes
- dumplings(opptional)
Instructions
Peel and dice potatoes,carrots,celery and bacon.Place in a large saucepan with saussages and dumplings.
Cover ingredients in hot water.
Dissolve and add the stock cubes.
Bring to boil and simmer until everythings is cooked,usually bout an hour.
