Ingredients
- 300-400mls Pineapple Juice
- 1 shot of Midori (Melon liquor)
- 2 shots of Malibu
- 1 shot of Archers
- Wedge of lime
- Ice
- Cocktail shaker
- Straw
- & Any kind of fancy cocktail decorations you want to use (paper umbrellas, stirrers etc)
Instructions
1. Put the ice into a tall glass.
2. Pour all of the shots and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake it for one minute roughly. I put the guidelines as roughly 300-400mls of pineapple juice depending on how strong you like your drink to be.
3. Pour over the ice. Serve with a wedge of lime and a straw. Add a splash of smooth orange juice to vary it a bit or a shot of vodka to really kick it up a notch.
If you don’t like pineapple juice this cocktail also works quite well with tropical juice.
