Step 1:

  • 1. Put the ice into a tall glass.

  • 2. Pour all of the shots and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake it for one minute roughly. I put the guidelines as roughly 300-400mls of pineapple juice depending on how strong you like your drink to be.

  • 3. Pour over the ice. Serve with a wedge of lime and a straw. Add a splash of smooth orange juice to vary it a bit or a shot of vodka to really kick it up a notch.

  • If you don’t like pineapple juice this cocktail also works quite well with tropical juice.
