STEP 1:

Pour enough milk, depending on how many people you are serving, into a pot and boil on the stove, with the earl grey tea bags in the milk. (one bag for each person) Once the milk in hot, and a light tan color from the tea, throw the tea bags out, and pour milk into cups leaving a little room at the top. Add 4 shots of vanilla to each drink. (I put 6 in because I like it a bit sweeter) Stir the drink so the vanilla spreads around.
STEP 2:

If it tastes a bit strong, add some more vanilla to it, and stir around.
