Easiest Ever Sausage Lasagne

Step 1:

  • Boil lasagne leaves in water with 1 tablespoon of salt and a bit of oil to prevent them from sticking for 10 minutes or till al dente.
  • Step 2:

  • defrost sausages, fry (optional) till brown and slice.
  • Step 3:

  • add slices sausages to pasta sauce. Pour some of the mixture in a casserole dish to form a layer.
  • Step 4:

  • top with lasagne leaves with ends overlapping.
  • Step 5:

  • sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan. Add dollops or ricotta or heavy cream.
  • Step 6:

  • repeat for as many layers as desired.
  • Step 7:

  • top with mozzarella cheese and bake till cheese is slightly brown.
