Easiest Ever Sausage Lasagne
Boil lasagne leaves in water with 1 tablespoon of salt and a bit of oil to prevent them from sticking for 10 minutes or till al dente.
defrost sausages, fry (optional) till brown and slice.
add slices sausages to pasta sauce. Pour some of the mixture in a casserole dish to form a layer.
top with lasagne leaves with ends overlapping.
sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan. Add dollops or ricotta or heavy cream.
repeat for as many layers as desired.
top with mozzarella cheese and bake till cheese is slightly brown.
