By Guest Contributor June 30, 2014 Quick Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients Lasagne leaves (approx 10)prepared pasta sauce3 beef or chicken sausagesgrated mozzarella cheesegrated parmesan cheesericotta or heavy cream Instructions Step 1: Boil lasagne leaves in water with 1 tablespoon of salt and a bit of oil to prevent them from sticking for 10 minutes or till al dente. Step 2: defrost sausages, fry (optional) till brown and slice. Step 3: add slices sausages to pasta sauce. Pour some of the mixture in a casserole dish to form a layer. Step 4: top with lasagne leaves with ends overlapping. Step 5: sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan. Add dollops or ricotta or heavy cream. Step 6: repeat for as many layers as desired.
