Step 1:

  • 1. Heat oil in pan; fry onion and garlic until onion is soft. (add the chilli here if you choose to use it).
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add bacon, fry for ~2 minutes. (pan may look like it is burning, but it’s just caramelising).
  • Step 3:

  • 3. If you are using chicken, add it here, and fry until cooked through.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add capsicum for ~1 minute.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Add tins of tomato soup and crushed tomatoes; simmer.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Serve topped with cheese! Enjoy!! 🙂
