Step 1: Cut frying steak into strips
Step 2: Chop peppers and onion into large chunks or strips
Step 3: Chop tomatoes into chunks
Step 4: Heat large frying pan with oil whilst boiling the rice bearing in mind the cooking time of the rice. microwave rice is just as acceptable
Step 5: Add to pan; steak, onion, herbs, chilli flakes and tabsco to taste, any of which can be left out
Step 6: Add peppers and allow to fry for two to three minutes and then add tomatoes
Step 7: when tomatoes heated and softened slightly.
Step 8: you should time this so as this happens, rice is cooked.
Step 9: Strain rice and add to plate, pouring the contents of the frying pan on top.
