Step 1:

  • Cut frying steak into strips
  • Step 2:

  • Chop peppers and onion into large chunks or strips
  • Step 3:

  • Chop tomatoes into chunks
  • Step 4:

  • Heat large frying pan with oil whilst boiling the rice bearing in mind the cooking time of the rice. microwave rice is just as acceptable
  • Step 5:

  • Add to pan; steak, onion, herbs, chilli flakes and tabsco to taste, any of which can be left out
  • Step 6:

  • Add peppers and allow to fry for two to three minutes and then add tomatoes
  • Step 7:

  • when tomatoes heated and softened slightly.
  • Step 8:

  • you should time this so as this happens, rice is cooked.
  • Step 9:

  • Strain rice and add to plate, pouring the contents of the frying pan on top.
