Alternativly you could substitute for a can of cream of mushroom soupsalt and pepper160ml hot water1 or 2 beef stock cubes20g tomato paste/ purree120ml water10g plain flourA couple of tablespoons of double cream (optional but does give it a really nice creaminess)Instructions Step 1: 1. In a large pan sautee the mushrooms, garlic, onion and minced beef until the onion is golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Step 2: Step 3: 2. Stir the stock cubes, hot water and tomato paste into the meat mixture. Step 4: Step 5: 3. Stir together the cold water and flour and then stir into the pan.
