Step 1:
1. Lightly fry the onions in a bit of oil, Step 3:
when the onions turn see-through add the mince. Fry until mince is slightly brown. Step 5:
stir in the pasta sauce and the mushrooms. Stir for another minute. Step 7:
take mince mix off the heat. Step 10:
2. Take a baking dish/bowl, spread some of the mince mix on the bottom. Step 12:
then layer a few cheese slices Step 14:
and then a layer of the lasagne sheets. Step 16:
repeat the last 3 steps (layer of mince, layer of cheese slices and layer of lasagne sheets) Step 18:
finally top with cheese spread and more cheese slices Step 21:
3. Pop in the oven for 30 – 40 mins Step 24:
if you do not eat it all you can freeze it for another day, defrost and the cook so boiling hot all the way through!
