Cook the pasta.

Drain the Pasta.

put on low heat

add soft cheese, and cream or milk.

STEP 5:

add grated cheese.

STEP 6:

stir, if too thick, add more milk or cream.

STEP 7:

season with salt, pepper, and mustard if you want.

STEP 8:

feel free to add chopped ham or chicken as a wee treat :).
