Step 1:

  • Peel, Chip, part-boil and drain plenty of maris piper potatoes. Return to the pan and shake to ‘rough up’ the edges.
  • Step 2:

  • Place on a baking sheet, spray with fry light and bake in a pre heated (240’c/475’F/Gas 9) oven for 20-25mins.
