Step 1:

  • 1. Place fish in the bottom of an oven proof dish
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Stir flour into creme fraiche
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Pour sauce onto the fish and grate parmesan over the top
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Bake for 25- 30 mins on 180C
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Eat!
