Easy, Delish, Orange Pancakes :d

So quick ‘n’ easy

Ingredients

• 1 cup of plain flour
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup of caster sugar
• 1/4 cup of orange zest

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Seive flour and sugar in bowl

STEP 2:

2. Beat eggs and milk together

STEP 3:

3. Add milk and egg to flour and sugar and add zest

STEP 4:

4. Whisk together until smooth

STEP 5:

5. Pour a ladle of mixture on to hot pan & cook until sizzling at edges.

STEP 6:

6. Flip with a fish slice/spatula

STEP 7:

7. Serve with lemon , sugar or whatever you like 🙂
